1. What this document covers
These terms govern the use of kanon.ge. By opening the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
The site belongs to Kanon Georgia.
2. Information on the site is not legal advice
The material on this site is for reference. It describes procedures in general terms and does not take account of the circumstances of your matter. Do not make decisions on the basis of it alone.
The law and the practice of applying it change. We aim to keep the material current, but we do not guarantee that every text reflects the position at the moment you read it.
3. Contacting us through the site does not create a lawyer-client relationship
Submitting the form, sending an email or calling is a request to talk, not an instruction. A relationship arises only once we have confirmed in writing that we accept the instruction and the parties have agreed terms.
Until that point:
- we are not bound by the duties of a representative in your matter;
- we do not track procedural deadlines on your question;
- information sent through the form is protected as personal data, but not as legal professional privilege.
Do not send confidential documents or the details of a dispute through the form before an engagement is in place. Keep to the substance of the question - we will discuss the detail by a secure means.
4. Rights in the content
The texts, images, the mark and the design of the site belong to Kanon Georgia or are used on a lawful basis. Copying the material for commercial purposes without written permission is not allowed.
Quotation with attribution to the source is permitted.
5. Links to external resources
If links to third-party sites appear here, we are not responsible for their content or their data practices. Following an external link is your decision.
6. Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site running without interruption, but we do not guarantee it. The site may be unavailable because of maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. If your question is urgent, call: +995 568 886 030.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for losses arising from acting on the material on this site without seeking advice. This limitation does not affect liability that cannot be excluded under Georgian law.
8. Personal data
How data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy, and what is stored in your browser in the Cookie Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Georgia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your place of residence provide otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies; the date is shown at the top.
